About 10 seconds of 5 watts output on 2m on my echolink simplex node locks up the ISS. That's with ferrite beads and foil wrapping the conductors inside the ISS. It takes a trip to the roof, and an overnight in the closet (after removing the battery) for the ISS to reset itself. After the overnight I have to place it back up on the roof.
